This step helped diminish the gap between the clergy and the laity. Another significant change is the modernization of Christian clothes worn especially during Sunday masses. Before, it was the tradition to wear fine clothing during Sunday but now, it is highly encouraged to wear informal clothing. And to encourage this type of clothing, some Christian artists and businessmen targeted the clothing designs. Christian clothing nowadays has urban designs which allow us to wear them anytime, anywhere.

This change to informal Christian clothing most benefits the youth of this generation. They can openly express themselves to others and to their Church community without being look down on.
